Through the years — as part of ITT Corporation and now as a stand-alone water technology company — we have leveraged our leadership position to address global water quality and availability through product innovation, industry participation, corporate citizenship and social investment. We also work with leading international nongovernmental organizations, including Water for People, Mercy Corps and China Women’s Development Foundation.
Our employees contribute to the success of the Xylem Watermark program through donations to our partner organizations; donations are matched by the company. They are also able to volunteer to take part in periodic group trips where they join our external partners on the ground in Latin America, India and China to provide clean water and sanitation solutions in schools and communities.
